Microsoft word

  • Students and teachers use word for a variety of purposes. The students use word to write there papers and the teachers us it to write lesson plans and handouts.

Microsoft Publisher

  • The students use publisher to write newsletters, brochures, and posters/handouts. The teachers use publisher for invitations, brochures and newsletters.

Rubric makers

  • The main program used for rubrics is Rubistar At times the teachers uses rubrics from a book or the internet and changes them in word.

Microsoft Excel

  • This is used for making spreadsheets for math or maybe for making an attendance sheet.

Search Engines

  • Google is the main search engine used but at times bing is used also.

Microsoft Outlook

  • The teachers use Microsoft outlook for mail

Google Sketch-up

  • In my art class I have used the free version of Google Sketch-up for 3D modeling.

Progressbook

  • The teachers use progress book to input grades and to communicate their lesson plans to parents.
